The construction of another multi-apartment residential building in the “Ūbeļu Nami” development on Ūbeļu Street in Ādaži is nearing completion. The building is being developed as part of the project’s second development phase, continuing the creation of a modern and family-friendly living environment on the banks of the Vējupīte River.
Construction works are progressing according to the planned schedule, and the final interior works and landscaping of the surrounding territory will begin shortly. It is planned that new residents will be able to move into their apartments in the summer of 2026.
