Construction of the new multi-apartment residential project “Bordo Residences” at Biešu Street 9 in Torņakalns is progressing rapidly. With the arrival of spring, construction works at the site are continuing actively and in accordance with the planned schedule.

At present, the load-bearing structures of the first two floors of one of the two buildings have been fully installed, and the external walls have been constructed. This already allows a clear perception of the building’s architectural volume and spatial composition within its natural surroundings. It also provides an opportunity to evaluate the natural flow of light within the interior spaces and the logic of the apartment layouts.

Work continues on structural connections and the construction of the upcoming floors. With each passing week, the building increasingly develops its character – gradually transforming from a technical framework into a modern and thoughtfully designed living environment.

The complex, consisting of two multi-apartment residential buildings with a total of 74 apartments, is planned to be completed and commissioned in early 2027.
