ŪBEĻU NAMI
Booking of apartments is under way in the second round of the “Ūbeļu Nami” project.
It’s a project where the demands of a modern urban resident ergonomically intertwine with nature, suburban peace and a harmonious living environment. “Ūbeļu Nami” is a new apartment building project in Adazi, on Ubelu Street, near the river Gauja, in the Vejupe fold.
Residents will be able to settle in their chosen dwellings as early as summer 2026.
Two four-storey buildings with 40 and 48 apartments, underground and surface car parks and storage facilities will be realised in the project.
Purchase prices starting at EUR 2100 per square metre.
With these two new apartment buildings, the village will be made one of the largest and most modern in Adazi district by “Ūbeļu Nami”.
The developer of the project has thought about the details of the project and the latest technical solutions to make residents of “Ūbeļu Nami” here feel good and comfortable in the long run. The project envisages an underground and surface car park, storage facilities, a recreation and play area for children will be established, landscapes and other state-of-the-art amenities (benches, lighting fixtures, wheelhouses) will be created.
It is also thought about the safety of residents, with the project providing automatic barriers at the entrance to the territory, while the entrance to the building’s stairwell will be organised using a code system.
