With more than a decade of experience delivering outstanding customer service, and over seven years of expertise in planning and executing high-profile events—some hosting up to 2,500 attendees—Arta excels in both project execution and client relationship management. Arta played a key role in the development of the Conference & Events Center at Reval Hotel Latvija (now Radisson BLU) and went on to manage a total of 4,000 m² of meeting space across two venues. As the Pre-Opening Project Manager for the 5-star luxury spa ESPA Riga, Arta led strategic collaborations with ESPA International—one of the most renowned names in the global spa industry. Additionally, Arta has achieved notable success in executive search and recruitment, expertly sourcing and placing top-tier professionals and executives with leading companies across a wide range of sectors.
Arta holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
