The construction of the new multi-apartment residential project “Bordo Residence” is actively continuing in Torņakalns, at Biešu Street 9. The works are proceeding according to the initially planned schedule. The complex, consisting of two multi-apartment residential buildings with a total of 75 apartments, is planned to be commissioned in early 2027.
Currently, significant works of the initial construction stage have been completed – the foundations of Building B have been fully concreted, while the concreting of the foundations of Building A is nearing completion. In parallel, the installation of underground utilities is underway, as well as the production of prefabricated reinforced concrete panels for the next construction phases. The process is progressing according to plan and without delays.
“Currently, ‘Bordo Residences’ is in the initial stage of construction; however, several technically significant works have already been completed, forming a solid foundation for the entire project. Construction is taking place strictly according to schedule, with careful adherence to quality control. The goal is to provide clients with a sustainable, safe and high-quality living environment in the long term,” says Kristīne Vizule, a representative of the “Bordo Residences” project and a real estate manager at “Vestabalt”.
The next significant milestone of the project is scheduled for spring – the assembly of the structural frames of both buildings is planned to be completed by Easter.
One-, two-, three- and four-room apartments are available for reservation in “Bordo Residences” and, upon completion of construction, will be offered with full interior finishing. The ground floors of the buildings will feature apartments with private green areas, while the upper floors will offer exclusive apartments with spacious terraces.
