SIA “Vestabalt” starts selling apartments in the project “Ūbeļu Nami”, where meet modern architecture, quality, the latest interior tendencies, environmentally and family-friendly solutions. This is a project where requirements of a modern city dweller are ergonomically intertwined with nature, suburban peace and harmonious living environment. “Ūbeļu Nami” is a new apartment house project in Ādaži, Ūbeļu Street near river Gauja in the vicinity of river bend Vējupe.

Residents will be able to settle in their chosen housing already in the second half of 2021. 

The project will be implemented in 2 phases. In the first phase, two four-storey buildings with 48 apartments each and underground and above – ground parking will be constructed. In the second phase of the project, it is planned to build 2 more similar buildings, thus making settlement “Ūbeļu Nami” one of the largest and the most modern in Ādaži district. 

The project developer has thought about the details of the project and the latest technical solutions, so that residents of “Ūbeļu Nami” feel good and comfortable here in the long run.

The project envisages underground and above-ground parking, a place for bicycles, a recreation and play area for children, greenery and other modern amenities (benches, sculptures, lighting fixtures). In the interior of the staircase in “Ūbeļu Nami”, you can see wall paintings created especially for this project.

Safety of residents was considered carefully as well, the project provides for automatic barriers to entry into the area and access to the building’s staircase will be organized using a code system.

The project architect has especially considered a functional, compact, but at the same time comfortable apartment layout.

Two-room apartments (1 bedroom) are offered in areas from 44 sq.m. and three-room apartments (2 bedrooms) starting from 61 sq.m. Each apartment has a spacious balcony. 

Purchase prices for apartments start from 1,250 euro/sq.m. Price of above-ground parking: 2600 eur/lot. Price of underground parking: 5000 eur/lot.

Proximity of Riga, connection with nature and excellently developed infrastructure make Ādaži an attractive home for young people, families with children and those who will choose Ādaži as their home.
