SIA “Vestabalt” is launching a new rental property – Barona Passage, the first phase of which is located at 112 Krišjāņa Barona Street. In this initial stage, the developer has renovated a historic wooden building and combined it with a new, modern construction, creating a premium nine-apartment rental residence with commercial premises on the ground floor.
