The real estate appraisal group started its work at “Vestabalt” in 2000, now having more than 100 clients per month. “Vestabalt” appraisers have always worked according to the Code of Ethics and Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisers Practice and through these years earned credibility and public trust. Professionally presented education programs, legislative monitoring of the issues affecting the Appraisal Industry, appraisal guidelines enhance the appraisers’ knowledge. “Vestabalt” appraisers are experts regarding analysing the technical condition of the property, prestige of the area where the real estate is situated, demand in the real estate market for such type of objects, legal status of the real estate property. “Vestabalt” appraisals are approved by Latvia’s biggest banks – SWEDBANK, SEB, UNICREDITBANK, DnB NORD,  Hipoteku bank, Rietumu bank, Parex bank and many others.
